In addition to manufacturing rolling stock here in Colorado, AMMC specializes in manufacturing affordable ore milling and processing solutions for everyone from the novice prospector to the established gold mining operation. Our jaw crushers, impact crushers and classifying system are all designed to produce the optimum mesh curve. This allows ore to be crushed, classified and delivered to a shaker table in one pass for separation while maintaining optimum recovery rates

MISSION STATEMENT

At Atlas Mining and Manufacturing (AMMC) our mission is to contribute to the sustainability of the economy and environment by promoting and developing responsible mining and manufacturing practices.

We long to show the mining world that it's realistic to make substantial changes in the way the industry thinks and acts, yet maintain profitability. AMMC is primarily in the business of manufacturing hard rock mills that we design to take full advantage of modern gravity separation methods. These modern methods and technological advances convince us that mining will stay the course, become more sustainable and greatly reduce environmental impact.

Two years of research and development went into AMMC's flagship product line. The result, our (Patent Pending #13919421) Prospector Mill, is a small footprint, eco-friendly hard rock mill. There are no other mills like it. The Prospector Mill meets our goals of building a green product of the highest quality that is a viable solution for any size operation:

The low-maintenance, compact design greatly reduces the amount of materials required during manufacturing and cuts down on the power and resources used in cutting, welding, wiring and plumbing our mill.

While compact, the Prospector Mill is also 'Miner Proof.' We used the highest grade of wear resistant metals in the fabrication of all the consumable parts.

The Impact Crusher was engineered to use its inertia to keep the load low on the electric motor, thereby reducing power consumption.

Single pass crushing and classifying of hard rock ore allows for the small Prospector Mill footprint while simultaneously increasing production and efficiency. The ability to crush and classify in one pass also removes the need for costly re-classification circuits.

A critical component of our mill is Global Mining Solutions RP4 Shaker Table. Modern gravity separation is the perfect platform for alleviating the need for toxic chemicals and retaining maximum precious metal recovery ratios.

In the United States, mining practices are heavily regulated and strictly enforced. The Prospector Mill offers an affordable solution that meets and exceeds these regulations for individuals who make a living through mining and for larger operations that are seeking out greener milling options. In other countries where the use of Mercury in separating out gold ore is not illegal or where regulations are loosely enforced the Prospector Mill provides an affordable alternative to hard rock ore processing methods. With adoption, the global community can come one step closer to phasing out the use of toxic chemicals all together. Our affordable, efficient alternative to current methods can break down socio-economic barriers as well. Not only are we providing much needed employment opportunities in our local community, we are providing people interested in mining a chance to benefit richly from their own labors.

We do not naively believe that all harmful mining practices will cease. Someday that may be a reality, but that someday is not today. In the interim, AMMC is committed to invest time, effort, and technology to develop strategies that can mitigate mining's environmental impact. We hope that comprehensive forward thinking can reduce the amount of damage done to the environment for generations to come
