Our story

Built on Calgary roads, powered by honest service

TL;DR: Family-owned tire and wheel shop at 111 42 Ave SW in Calgary. 26 brands stocked. 3,923 active SKUs. ~15,000 vehicles serviced. 4.9★ from 562+ Google reviews. Same-day installation on most stocked sizes, price-matched against any local Calgary competitor.

Prince Tires started with one simple idea: Calgary drivers deserve a tire shop they can actually trust. No hidden fees, no upsells, no runaround — just straight-up expertise and fair prices on every set of tires we touch.

We've built our reputation one vehicle at a time, helping families across NE Calgary, NW Calgary, and every corner of the city stay safe through Alberta's brutal winters and everything in between. From the October 1 winter-tire deadline to spring changeover, we're the shop Calgarians call first.

Today we stock 26 tire and wheel brands — including Consumer Reports Best-rated Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, BFGoodrich, Toyo, Yokohama, Cooper, and value picks like Radar and Tesche. Every winter and all-weather tire we sell carries the 3PMSF (three-peak mountain snowflake) certification required by the Alberta winter-tire law and the BC Highway 1, 93, and 99 winter-tire mandate from October 1 through April 30.

Run by a Calgary family. The Prince Tires team services around 70 vehicles a week from the 111 42 Ave SW shop. Most stocked sizes installed in ~45 minutes; trucks and duallies need a 60-minute slot. We process Michelin, Bridgestone, BFGoodrich, and other manufacturer warranties directly on behalf of customers.
