NATTEK INC. was incorporated on August 3, 2022 in Ontario. The Company will be led by Mr. Yan Zhu (hereafter also referred to as Mr. Zhu, or the Applicant), who will serve as its Director. The Applicant will be responsible for devising NATTEK INC.’s overall business and operational strategy, as well as for spearheading the Company’s business expansion over the following five- year period. Mr. Zhu will invest a total of $500,000, which will be committed to the manufacturing facility and office setup, initial supply chain setup, equipment procurement, marketing expenses, and covering operational expenses for the first 12 months of NATTEK INC.’s operations. We are dedicated to providing Clean Technologies-Recycling and waste management that are both efficient and environmentally responsible. Our goal is to help businesses reduce their impact on the planet while also streamlining their waste management processes.
