Hawk Waste Solutions

Hawk Waste Solutions is a commercial waste and recycling company, and there are two sides to it. On one side we handle scheduled trash and recycling collection, roll-off dumpster rental, compactors, balers and trash chutes. On the other we run waste audits, waste management consulting and waste brokering, which means reviewing what a business is already paying and matching the container, the pickup schedule and the rate to what the site actually produces.

All of it runs out of a five acre yard in Cleves, just outside Cincinnati, and from there we work with businesses across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Illinois.

The company started in 2024, and there are thirty-five years of experience behind it. Twenty of those are Vince’s, in manufacturing engineering at Toyota and Johnson & Johnson, where the job was to find waste inside a production line and take it out. The other fifteen sit on the waste side of the team: buying waste, brokering it, dealing with haulers and running roll-off operations. One half knows what a process should cost. The other knows what a hauler will actually agree to.

We read a waste and recycling bill the same way an engineer reads a process. That means the size of the container, how often the truck comes and the rate you pay for it.
