Carolina Base-Pac, located in Hudson, North Carolina began as a small crating supplier to the furniture industry over twenty years ago. Realizing the need to expand the product line in order to meet the packaging requirements of loyal customers, we began manufacturing custom pallets, skids, crating for the furniture industry, specialty plywood shipping crates, and recycling GMA pallets.

By now, most companies are aware of the new guidelines for exporting product and may find the wording confusing. No problem. Carolina Base-Pac is certified to handle any exports needs providing necessary documentation for Customs. As a member of the National Pallet, Wood, and Container Association, we are kept informed of any new requirements and will notify our customers when necessary. As an additional service to our customers, we will discard all unwanted pallets. Our commitment is providing total service that encompasses all aspects of wood packaging. Carolina Base-Pac has a reputation for not only providing quality custom pallets, but also, technical support in reference to pallet design, weight and load conditions, strength, and the durability generated from user-specified requirements. When designing pallets, we work closely with engineers and warehouse personnel to insure a proper built pallet that meets the needs of the application and is not over built adding an unnecessary expense.
