Colorado’s business technology partner — built from the ground up ABT started as a document solutions company in 2005 and grew into a full-service technology partner — because the Colorado businesses who trusted us kept needing more. Today we provide managed IT, cybersecurity, access control, and document solutions from three Front Range offices.

Story

Automated Business Technologies was founded in 2005 by Paul Archer in Centennial, Colorado. The company started in document solutions — copiers, printers, and the workflows built around them — serving businesses across the Front Range from a single office south of Denver.

Over two decades, as our clients’ technology needs grew, ABT grew with them. We expanded into managed IT services, cybersecurity, VoIP, and cloud-managed access control and security — not because it was the trend, but because the businesses who already trusted us needed a partner who could handle more.

Today ABT employs over 70 people across three Colorado offices: our Centennial headquarters, Colorado Springs, and Westminster. We serve small businesses, mid-market companies, enterprise accounts, and some of the most demanding industries in the state — aerospace, healthcare, legal, education, and manufacturing.

We remain privately held, Colorado-owned, and committed to the golden-rule standard our clients have come to expect: we don’t do anything to our clients that we wouldn’t want done to ourselves.
