TG Natural Resources is a natural gas company that is one of the largest private producers in the Lower 48, primarily focused on the development and production of reserves from the prolific Haynesville and Cotton Valley formations located in East Texas and North Louisiana. Through timely acquisitions starting in 2014, we have accumulated a portfolio of over 410,000 net acres that include over 4,600 gross producing wells. With significant experience operating in East Texas and North Louisiana, we believe that our high-quality assets, peer-leading margins and financial discipline enable us to prudently develop our assets and generate free cash flow as a leading gas-weighted operator.
