How It All Started

Harbor Country Rolloff is a family and veteran-owned business with more than 60 years of experience in the waste industry. We believe in treating customers like family, and that mindset carries through everything we do, from responsive service to community involvement.

Founded by Tom Workman and his son-in-law, Tom Luehring, our company builds on a long legacy of hands-on experience. Tom got his start with A. Decker & Son and A&W Disposal before founding Workman Services in 1990, serving the Chicago suburbs for over 20 years. Today, that tradition continues here in Southwest Michigan, where we proudly serve local homeowners and contractors with fair pricing and reliable roll-off service.
