Innovation and the determination to succeed is what it took for Mike Higgins, his family and staff, to turn the 600,000 plus square foot Brainerd paper mill into an amazing space for numerous tenants. Higgins purchased the property in 2014 and put a lot of time and resources into breathing life back into the facility. A historic building in the Brainerd lakes area that resides along the Mississippi river makes for an ideal destination for commercial, industrial and small businesses to call home. The Brainerd Industrial Center is proud to be a part of this community and has created 87 jobs since it's inception
