WAGs Mission Is To Provide Data, Reports, And Training That Advance Waste Management Across Solid, Liquid, Industrial, And Recovered Materials, Including Recycling And Upcycling.

Who We Are 

Waste Alliance Group is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association dedicated to advancing the waste management industry and supporting the professionals who serve it. We provide members with access to education, training, networking, and advocacy that strengthen both individual careers and the industry as a whole. Our programs include seminars, workshops, and field-based training offered virtually and in person. Since our founding, we have connected operators, managers, and organizations across the waste industry, helping them build expertise, improve operations, and promote safe, efficient, and sustainable practices.

As a 501(c)(6) organization, a portion of membership dues may not be deductible as a business expense due to lobbying or advocacy activities. Members will be notified annually of the percentage of dues that are nondeductible.

Our mission is to collect, interpret, and provide relevant data, reports, and training to our members, vendors, and others who are interested in improving waste management. WAG serves all waste markets: solid waste, liquid waste, industrial waste, recovered materials, reusable materials, recycling and upcycling.
