AmeriGuard Maintenance Services, LLC. was founded and established in March of 2003 by a man named Michael Bessonov, who had a simple dream for his children of a healthier, safer, and a more prosperous future. Coming from a country with little or no opportunity for God fearing Christians to productively, effectively, and honestly run and grow a business without any legal reprimand and consequences, was a motivation for him to finally take a step of faith and establish this company. AmeriGard is a family based and run company; by incorporating family values into our business, it brings a special and unique dynamic to the industry.
