Founded in 1987 in Modesto, California, we are an award-winning family-owned and operated company that has grown and expanded to become the premier provider of innovative industrial cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting & water treatment equipment and solutions in the Northern California, with Service Centers in Modesto, Santa Rosa and Hayward.

Originally established under the name Hotsy Pacific, in 2022, we changed our name to Pacific Bay Equipment to better reflect our expanding service area and growing selection of cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting & waste management system equipment and products that we carry.

Throughout the decades, owners Jim and Karen O’Connell have maintained their mission of merging the best in industry innovation and technology with “old-fashioned” customer service and expert repair.
