Pacific Plastic Salvage

We’re a team of scientists and engineers based in Los Angeles, California. Our goal is to remove and recycle plastic pollution from the oceans using autonomous solar powered plastic salvaging ships.

Our plan is to use industrial 3d printers to construct ship hulls using recycled plastic.
These ships will be powered by carbon neutral technology, utilizing both solar panels and wind turbines to generate electricity. 

The ships will autonomously filter and remove pollution from the ocean using artificial intelligence navigation to decide it’s best course.

The collected material will be brought to the port of Los Angeles where it can be unloaded to be transported, sorted, and recycled into new ships and products.
