Formed in 2004, Shamrock Recycling has evolved from a domestic recycling company to one that now operates with global partners to give us worldwide reach.

Founder and President, Frederick Cheek, has been in the recycling business since 1987, opening his first account his senior year at James Madison college.
Fred’s father Carl W Cheek, Sr., (founder & owner of SFC Corporation, Specialty Industries & NuPak Printing), has recycling experience dating back to 1971 (Cheek Industries & Westreet Industries).

With a combined 70+ years of recycling experience, Shamrock creates cohesive markets whereby we are not only suppliers, but we are customers.
Shamrock and partners manage over 20,000 tons of fiber per month, much of which is used in the manufacturing of our own packaging.
