Originally two separate entities—GIC Medical Disposal and Greenflow Environmental Services—each company brought its own unique strengths to the field. GIC Medical Disposal quickly became a leader in healthcare waste management, known for its competitive, adaptable, and client-focused services. Greenflow Environmental Services, established in 1992, had already laid a solid foundation in the waste management sector with its dedication to personalized service and enduring partnerships.

The merger of GIC Medical and Greenflow has formed GIC-Green, a powerhouse in waste management that combines the best of both worlds. Our collective expertise now spans the entire spectrum of regulated waste, from biomedical to industrial, offering a comprehensive and unparalleled service experience. Uniquely positioned, we are the only company in North America serving both the medical and hazardous waste industries, setting us apart as the leader in this specialized field.
