(EM&T) is a fully integrated critical materials and technology company focused on building a secure, reliable, and self-sustaining U.S.-aligned supply chain for critical minerals and materials (“CMM”), including rare earth elements (“REEs”), primarily through the recycling of end-of-life materials (“urban mining”). We are replicating and expanding operational South Korean operations into a centralized U.S. industrial campus to process end-of-life materials to recover and produce magnets, battery-grade carbonates, sulfates, and pCAM, as well as precious metals.
