Western Emulsions is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Idaho Asphalt Supply with business offices located in Idaho Falls, ID.

Western Emulsions manufactures and supplies a full range of branded and standard asphalt emulsions, and provides technical assistance and other value-added services to a wide range of public agencies and private companies.  Our team invented the PASS line of high-performance engineered emulsions and the FastSet fog and tack coat products, and we are committed to innovating new emulsion solutions to better serve our customers.
