LWR was the first contractor to implement a successful asphalt stabilized base (ASB) recycling project at a State Superfund Site and was recognized by the State of Texas as a finalist for the 2001 Texas Environmental Excellence Award for these efforts.
In 2007, LWR was part of the team that won the National Groundwater Association’s Outstanding Groundwater Remediation Project for the successful implementation of the then largest In Situ Thermal Remediation project in the world.
