Headquartered in Alliance, Ohio and founded in 1993, Sun America LLC. has been an industry leading manufacturer in food service packaging for the commercial bakery, confectionery, and food service industries. We specialize in the design and development of new paper fluted cup manufacturing technologies and processes including automatic denester quality bake cups and thermoformed plastic trays and containers.

Our in-house design, state-of-the-art machining and tooling capabilities combined with 3D printing enables us to take an idea from concept to finished product.  It also allows us to have faster lead times for your product and creates a speed-to-market advantage.
