King's ECO Plastics, LLC is an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified company specializing in precision plastic injection molding, providing services to clients in the United States, Mexico, and New Zealand. We are proud to be both a Minority and Woman-owned business certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council, HUB, and WBENC. Our world-class manufacturing facility is strategically located in McAllen, Texas on the US/Mexico border, conveniently close to the Mexican operations of leading multinational companies. Our headquarters is in Dallas/Fort Worth, while our most recent expansion extends to an office in the Greater Detroit Area, established to best serve our Automotive clients.

We have been in business since 1970, where King's ECO Plastics -then King’s Prosperity Industries (KPI)- was established in Taiwan. To meet the needs of its customers, KPI expanded operations to North America in 1986 and began manufacturing in the Rio Grande Valley, servicing South Texas and Mexico. Here, our relationships continued to grow, the range of quality services and products continued to expand, and our emphasis on social responsibility flourished, prompting us to continually incorporate eco-friendly, lean manufacturing processes. Our commitment is so significant that it was only natural to change our name to King's ECO Plastics, LLC in 2013.

Today, in maintaining strategic alliances with Asian partners, King's ECO Plastics has increased manufacturing output in the Rio Grande Valley providing more domestic jobs with fast inter-connection to Mexico. As a result, we offer customers the best combination of quality, logistics and cost-effective manufacturing.

Eco-Friendly Plastics and Solutions

Our team takes pride in addressing the demands of sustainable manufacturing. We work closely with our customers on sustainability in design and are proud to offer custom recycling solutions that some of our customers request which include the following:

Sourcing of recycle plastic to use in product production

Grinding and pelletizing of plastic scrap

Processing post industrial recycle materials

Selective processing of post consumer materials

Green solutions” including product redesign and use of 100% recycled material

Recycling involves processing used materials into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from landfilling) by reducing the need for 'conventional' waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to virgin production. Recycling is a key component of modern waste reduction and is the third component of the 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle' waste hierarchy.
