The company was formed in 2012 when Ms. Jennifer Russo decided to start a contracting business. The company is envisioned to be a complete turnkey property development company, with expertise in the areas of site work, demolition, environmental remediation, and mass excavation. Under this model, a client can turn over the responsibilities of coordinating and managing these various tasks to one company, thereby streamlining the entire process of the early phases of site development.

Recycled Concrete Aggregates

RDE provides recycled concrete aggregates to meet any need for construction and road projects. The material can be used to be placed under walkways, foundations, roadways or essentially any other structure. These materials include sand, gravel, crushed stone and recycled concrete. This will provide you with a solid and compact base to build on or pave over.

Our recycled concrete aggregate products can also be utilized to change the grade on a site. RDE offers straight 3/4' - 1 1/2' crushed concrete, which helps to stabilize soft or muddy sites. This is often used in site drainage and placed around drainage structures, as well.

RDE has a 25 yard minimum for recycled concrete aggregate deliveries of any type, but there is no maximum!
