All States Materials Group

325 Amherst Road, Sunderland, Massachusetts, United States | Waste Management

All States Materials Group was formed in 2007, uniting the strengths and capabilities of our individual member companies and their employees within one organization working towards a common goal. While our parent company was founded in 1957 in Sunderland, Massachusetts, the earliest roots and history across our family of companies date back over 100 years.

Our early years began with a local focus on the transportation and application of liquid asphalt products with our services and territory slowly growing over time. By the 1990s, this growth led to our expansion into the production of asphalt emulsions and asphalt distribution terminals, as well as continued additions to our product and service solutions.

The addition of Warner Bros. to the family in 2006 marked a significant occasion in our history, bringing knowledge, resources, and experience that allowed the organization to grow into the areas of aggregate supply, bridge deck rehabilitation, and road construction, while also setting the stage for the growth that was to follow in the coming decades.

From 2013 through 2023, our expansion reached across all of New England while also increasing and adding to our product and service capabilities throughout the region. This included substantial growth throughout Maine in both materials supply and construction, as well as continued strategic additions to our liquid asphalt and construction material facilities across the Northeast.

In 2024, we saw two significant additions to our family. First, the Hudson Asphalt Terminal in Providence, RI provided a valuable opportunity to grow our liquid asphalt supply capabilities throughout the region. Then, we took another momentous step forward with the addition of Gorman Construction and asphalt emulsion plant in New York. This addition brought both significant growth to our family, while also adding over 100 years of history and experience in New York and New England to the organization and further strengthening our ability to provide products and services to customers across the region and beyond.

Our growth continued in 2025 with the addition of Hutchins Construction and a quarry and hot mix plant in Vermont.  With this addition, we significantly expanded our construction service capabilities and materials supply in Northern New England, as well as adding full service design-build landscaping solutions throughout the region.

Today, the story of All States Materials Group is still just beginning. Built on the history of our member companies and the generations that made us who we are today, we look forward to the future. Our name represents the unified efforts and history of our family to offer high-quality products, services and solutions that help our customers, partners, employees, and organization move forward into the exciting road ahead.
