Started in 2016 by Penn State alum Sam Evans, You Call We Haul began as a small summer project to make extra money while Sam was home from college. What started as a side gig quickly turned into Central Pennsylvania’s most trusted full-service junk removal company. Fully licensed, insured, and proudly Pennsylvania-owned, we make clearing out clutter a smooth, reliable experience. From household items to large, bulky junk, we’re equipped to remove just about anything you no longer need. In September 2024, You Call We Haul entered a new chapter when Doug Oglesby took the reins. Doug saw incredible potential in the company—not only as a thriving local service but as a natural fit for his other business, Simple Estate Solutions. Simple Estate Solutions specializes in house flipping and helps families and seniors through major life transitions, like downsizing and moving to assisted living. Through that work, Doug saw the unique challenge of clearing out homes and managing items left behind.

Now with You Call We Haul, Doug and his team can go further for clients who need dependable junk removal and cleanout support. From hidden treasures to everyday clutter, Doug and his crew find a way to transform what’s no longer needed into something useful, valuable, or at least responsibly recycled. For us, junk removal is about more than just hauling—it’s about offering peace of mind, making space for new beginnings, and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable community.
