Our Company

Founded in 2002, Gator Shredding is a provider of professional document shredding services to residences and corporations throughout West Virginia and the Ohio Valley area. Our wide variety of services allow customers to fine-tune their shredding according to their own individual requirements.

Our Process

Gator Shredding takes pride in the fact that our document shredding process is both HIPAA and FACTA compliant. We produce shredded particles of a smaller shred size than our competitors, offering our clients better security and guaranteeing IRS compliance.

We provide our regularly scheduled shredding clients with complementary locking shredding bins, which can be used to safely store confidential documents. While we do make certain that each and every piece of paper we process is shredded according to state and federal privacy standards, we go one step further.

Our Commitment

All the paper waste we produce from our shredding process is taken to our secure facility for baling. The bales are then sent to local paper mills for recycling, where the remains can be reused to make products like paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins.

While recycling paper certainly helps to save trees, conserve water, and reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills, it also provides an extra layer of security for your documents. There will be no chance of paper scraps being retrieved and reconstructed. From start to finish, we take the security of your information seriously, and we’re committed to doing it in a way that helps to protect the environment.
