Cold Central Plant Recycling?

CCPR (Cold Central Plant Recycling) can transform your RAP (Recycled Asphalt Pavement) pile into an engineered cold mix. The team at Midstate is ready to mobilize to your RAP pile with our CCPR crew and start making cold mix. Your RAP will be crushed/sized per specification and then blended with oil to be used on your next project.

Our team can produce high performance cold mix for use in base layers or patching material that can sit in a pile for use by maintenance crews over the course of a season. We have extensive experience working with owners to create a customized cold mix that suites their purpose.
