Recycling asphalt and aggregate roads with Earthbind® is a very simple and cost-effective method.
The old roads can be pulverized with a rotary mixer and transported to the portable crush site or roto mill direct transfer into dump trucks delivering to the portable crushing and process site for size reduction.
Reduce the size of material to the requested size, (3/4’’ minus), for example for pug mill processing.
Load the computerized pug mill injecting Earthbind® EBS-RA, or Portland cement if requested.
The trucks are automatically loaded to truck using on board scales to ensure maximum legal loads delivered to each departing truck.
All paving is with common pavers and compaction equipment.
Dry time is generally quicker than hot asphalt and with no toxic fumes that come from hot asphalt.
On site portable equipment reduces haul off as well as the cost of hot asphalt and related delivery charges for significant savings.
