Our company was born from personal experience. Before purchasing our home, we lived in an apartment where hallways frequently smelled bad due to trash leaks, and the property manager had to constantly clean to combat the odors. The dumpster area was also notoriously unorganized, creating an eyesore and health concern for residents. These firsthand experiences showed us the critical need for better waste management solutions in multi-family communities
