With more than 15 years of experience, our team has successfully managed waste initiatives for a wide range of commercial real estate clients. We’ve provided consulting services for over 100 properties across Southern California and conducted physical waste audits covering more than 25 million square feet of office space.

She specializes in designing, implementing, and managing sustainable waste management programs that align environmental stewardship with financial responsibility. A dedicated advocate for zero waste, she frequently educates and speaks on strategies to reduce and eliminate waste for clients. Her commitment to minimizing landfill impact is reflected in her track record, successfully implementing over 200 waste management programs and leading audits across 25M square feet of property.

Beyond her professional work, Ashlee is passionate about promoting environmental stewardship in her personal life. Inspired by her parent’s commitment to waste reduction and recycling, she integrates sustainable practices into everyday living. This dedication is reflected in her leadership at Waste Not, guiding the company to achieve CAGBN’s TIER 3 Innovator Certification, becoming a 1% for the Planet member, and pursuing B Corp certification.

Ashlee holds a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from California State University, Fullerton, and a Sustainable Practices professional certificate from San Diego State University. As a certified TRUE Advisor, she helps clients achieve TRUE Zero Waste certification by reaching a 90% diversion rate from landfills.
