Compost Clubhouse

3100 Walden Ravines, Columbus, Ohio, United States | Compost & Food Waste

Compost Clubhouse started with a mother and a group of middle schoolers in Grandview, Ohio, going door-to-door with a bold mission: “change the world one bucket at a time.” What began as a grassroots initiative has blossomed into a movement that now serves schools, cities, and businesses across Central Ohio.

Founded in 2020 and rebranded under the leadership of Tia Johnson in 2022, Compost Clubhouse empowers youth and community leaders alike to participate in sustainable food waste practices. With a proven record in both residential and commercial collection, we now support municipal sites, stadiums, restaurants, and educational institutions through EPA-compliant and SWACO-aligned composting programs.

Modern composting made easy for busy communities.

Our programs are built with both education and efficiency in mind. Whether you’re a school district, a city agency, or a homeowner, we offer a smooth, transparent service that makes food waste collection second nature.

• Weekly curbside collection
• Compostable liners and sealed buckets provided
• Backed by diversion reports
• Monthly and quarterly tracking of participation and contamination
