Larry Offill III has a B.S. in Pulp & Paper from North Carolina State University.  He entered the water treatment industry as a water treatment chemical salesmen.  In 1998 he co-founded Martint Environmental.  Martint Environmental specialized in the manufacturing of dissolved air flotation systems, wastewater pretreatment systems, water chemistry, dredging and mobile sludge dewatering.  In 2010 Martint Environmental was sold to oil and gas service giant Weatherford International. For three year he served as the Global Fluid Treatment Operations Manager for Weatherford's subsidiary Johnson Screens.  In 2013 Larry launched Pinnacle Waste Processing.  With a fabrication facility in Asheville, NC.  PWP focuses on building on its' current fleet of mobile plate presses, belt presses and dredges.
