Belluno Organics creates valuable agricultural products from food material currently thrown away in landfills. We process both post-consumer food waste as well as waste generated from food processing operations.

Belluno’s projects use technology developed and patented by Sustainable Alternative Feed Enterprises, Inc. (SAFE). Since 2013, six SAFE projects have been commissioned or are under construction.

We have already built a successful track record, with significant permitting, cost and environmental advantages over anaerobic digestion and composting.
