Staying true to these values has kept our business on track and running successfully since 1955, and has even seen us launch additional businesses to meet the needs of emerging markets and industries.

History

Duplicator Sales & Service, launched in May 1959, remains a family-owned business to this day. Our first office opened in Louisville, KY with a single technician. Over the years, we have grown to open additional locations in Elizabethtown (1980) Lexington (1991), and Paducah (2021) and we have more than 40 technicians to serve our customers in Louisville, Elizabethtown, Lexington, London, Paducah, and Southern Indiana.

Beginning in 1973, we added our professional printing businesses, Derby City Lithographing, then Fast Track Copy and Creative Services came along in 1996 to meet the high volume, high-quality printing needs of our customers in the Kentuckiana business community.

In 2016, Duplicator Sales and Service, acquired Corporate Mailing Systems so that we could extend our knowledge and products for our customers, in the mail and print industry. Our Corporate Mailing Systems division is dedicated to helping your business grow with a wide variety of mailroom, digital, and shipping solutions to fit your business needs.

Throughout the years, Duplicator Sales & Service has kept up with the ever-changing and always improving technology. We now offer document management, networking services, IT support and our product line includes copiers, duplicators, printers, wide formats, fax and mailing solutions.
