As a locally owned and operated organization, we pride ourselves on our personal touch when it comes to our customer service. As a leading supplier of printers, copiers, scanners, and production print, Mac Copy works with our customers to ensure their future success.

Our History

Originally founded by Steve MacDonald in 1992, Mac Copy always prioritized a customer-first approach in our operations. Starting as a service technician, Steve noticed there was a market for improved customer services within the Mohawk Valley region. After Steve received clearance to become a Konica Minolta dealership in 1993, he cultivated long-lasting relationships with customers that ensured their continued patronage.

In 2016, Steve set out to find a company that would continue his legacy and ensure the organization’s continued dedication to his core values. After scouring the landscape, Steve found a company in Upstate New York that demonstrated a similar commitment to their customers and shared his personal ethics. Steve sold the company to plant and print in 2017, which is why Mac Copy continues to deliver the highest standard of service and ensures complete customer satisfaction.

The strategic acquisition also strengthened Mac Copy’s product portfolio and continues to enable us to scale our operations to serve any size organization or enterprise. While Steve has since left the industry, the core values and vision he strived to create live on within the company.
