With the opening of new offices and a warehouse in Hebron, Kentucky in 2024, Zato has expanded its local capabilities to ensure faster delivery times and enhanced customer support. A dedicated U.S.-based parts & service team is available 24/7, ensuring prompt assistance and minimizing downtime for customers.

All Zato equipment is engineered and manufactured at the company’s headquarters in Brescia, Italy, following rigorous standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Each metal shredder and all machine undergoes complete testing before shipment to guarantee reliable operation and minimize installation time on-site.
