Grease Connections began on the floor of a small New Jersey recycling yard. Back in 2001 We used to collect grease in drums for 20$ each, the restaurants did not know what to do with it!

We are an independent company devoted to making used cooking oil collection simple, predictable, and sustainable for restaurants and commercial kitchens across Florida, Georgia and New Jersey. From corner diners in Miami Beach to high-volume resort kitchens in Atlanta, and across Spain we provide the muscle, the logistics, and the environmental stewardship that keep fryers hot and the back alley of restaurants clean.
