History:

Founded in 2013 in Knoxville, TN, Innovative Packaging and Crating Solutions (IPCS) has produced custom wood crates and pallets for over a decade. As part of its overall growth strategy, IPCS was acquired by AMEND Ventures (AV) in June of 2023, which enabled us to further invest in our people, technologies, and new ways of working to help scale the business across the region with a continued focused on service and quality.
