Shenandoah was started in 1974 by Richard 'Dick' Heinrich and the various partners as Shenandoah Recycling, Inc. collecting recyclables. Shenandoah slowly over the years began migrating toward the trucking industry side hauling commercial goods for customers. In 1997 Joseph, JW, Wood partnered with David Heinrich forming Shenandoah Trucking, LLC. Dick passed away in 2016 and was proceeded by his son David. The company has now grown to 50 trucks between company and owner operators. Shenandoah's continued success comes from truly caring about their people, their customers, and the environment through hard work and dedication.
