We are a coalition of industry leaders working to create smart, national policies that strengthen domestic supply chains, drive nearshoring and onshoring, and transform textile waste into a valuable resource. ACT bridges industry and policy, ensuring the future of textile manufacturing is sustainable, profitable, and resilient.

We don’t just advocate for change—we make it happen. We are not simply pushing regulations—we work with the private sector to comply and streamline policy solutions, so businesses thrive. ACT has led critical U.S. policy discussions and policy for textile reuse and recycling, trade reform, and domestic manufacturing at the highest levels of government.
