We maintain a fleet of service vehicles stocked with the necessary equipment to do the job right, and our technicians are trained professionals ready to handle all of our client’s food grease requirements. Food Grease Trappers will suggest a maintenance schedule to keep your facility compliant with the controlling municipality but more importantly, to suggest a timeframe that will help to keep your facilities food service and restaurant waste water drain lines running trouble free. Once we have established a service agreement, we will take care of all scheduling and any necessary documentations.
