1992

Shredded Bedding Company was founded by Lynn and Betty Hatfield as a agricultural service company.

1996

Transitioned to SBC Recycling, providing full service industrial recycling services.

2004

Opened second full service plant in Atlanta, Georgia.

2013

Added SBC’s Plastic Lab, providing detailed analysis for customers, compounders, extruders and molding companies.

2016

Transitioned to SBC Solutions Group, providing services beyond recycling such as warehousing, logistics, appraisals & liquidations, waste to energy and consulting.
