RJG Innovative Waste Solutions, LLC was founded in 2012 by Richard J. Green Jr., a seasoned chemical engineer with over 50 years of experience in the chemical industry.

After a distinguished 25-year career at American Cyanamid, Cytec Industries, and Solvay, Richard retired in 2017 and dedicated his expertise to solving one of the industry’s biggest challenges: waste reduction.

Through innovative recycle, reuse, and repurposing initiatives, RJG Innovative Waste Solutions is helping businesses turn surplus inventory into sustainable opportunities.
