Tritium can now be recycled!

The spent tritium contained in later model self-luminous exit signs can be 're-ignited' using our patented tritium enrichment process, thus creating new signs. Recycling used tritium helps keep this radioactive isotope out of landfills, which can leak into the ground and eventually our water table. Tritium that we cannot reuse is disposed in accordance with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations, and according to local, state, and federal regulations.
