Dowling Corp. is a full service environmental remediation and general construction company, fully insured, licensed and bonded. The company performs a variety of environmental services including underground storage tank removal, contaminated soil excavation, building decontamination and demolition, hazardous waste management, transportation and disposal, hazardous waste lagoon closure and capping projects, as well as mobile groundwater treatment. Dowling Corp. is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management as a Demolition Contractor.

Dowling Corp‘s construction services primarily include installation of underground utilities such as water & sewer mains and services, cut & caps and site drainage construction. We provide a wide range of heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers. Much of our equipment has a variety of specialized attachments such as hydraulic hammers, concrete pulverizers, grapplers, augers, forks and hydraulic sweepers.
