This maintenance includes Filing, Recovery, Indexing, Inventories, Activity Reports, & the Destruction of your valuable documents. We are dedicated to the Record Management Industry offering First Class Services and maximum security with fire protection for all your records storage needs.
We maintain an active delivery schedule including two standard routes per day as well as emergency and priority deliveries. We are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year for your convenience.
We maintain a state of the art computerized bar-coded inventory software system. This software provides the necessary tracking and inventories to control your stored documents. This software integrates with the daily activities involved with the management of your records and allows for departmental billing as well as activity reports.
