Universal Solutions Alliance, Inc. was founded in 2015 by Tom Fitzgerald, a former DOD investigator and government contract consultant. With experience in all levels of material management, production, and delivery, as well as having a large network of contacts in and around the pallet industry, Tom began working for a pallet company as a consultant in 2016. From there, he quickly led the company from $800,000 to $6.5 million in gross revenue, from one location to three, from serving one state to four, and increased production and delivery from 3,000 pallets a week to 20,000 a week. After four years with this company, Tom decided to branch out on his own to ensure the DMV's pallet needs, no matter how big or small, are met and Tom opened Pallet Works in 2019. Tom’s priorities have always been efficiency, quality, and customer service. Tom's many years in the pallet industry provided him with an extensive network of customers and suppliers and a reputation industry-wide for his personal commitment to the highest level of customer service and product quality.

Pallet Works is involved in all aspects of the pallet industry and strives to stay ahead of the needs of our clients by providing a wide variety of services, including but not limited to the brokerage and manufacturing of GMA-style pallets, specialty size pallets, recycled pallets, heat-treatment and kiln-dried material, and wooden crates, pick-up and drop off services, and pallet/wood recycling services. We hand-nail our pallets versus using a pallet nailing machine to ensure the utmost quality. When building new wood pallets, the mill we partner with has both hardwood and pine. We have the capacity to deliver using our own tractors and 53’ dry van trailers, and we also allow pallet pickup from our locations.
