Charles W. Strittmatter founded our company in 1978 and set it up to provide equipment rentals with operators. Our first customer was Shirley Contracting, who is still a customer today. In 1996, the company expanded its services to include excavation and demolition. The second generation of the Strittmatter family has been managing the operation of the company since 1998. Michael Strittmatter serves as President and John Strittmatter serves as Vice President. Strittmatter has grown substantially over the years with the brothers in charge; however, we still maintain the quality, integrity and superior customer service that our Father established as the guiding principles upon the Company’s inception.
