One of five subsidiary companies within The Empire Group , Delaware Valley Contractors (DVC) is a full-service trucking company based in Reading, PA. We provide transportation of bulk commodities and equipment to contractors and developers. Founded in 1990, DVC offers transportation for earth-moving operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York and Ohio. We operate an extensive fleet and transport a wide range of materials, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials, soil, sand, stone, salt, and asphalt.

All of our drivers are fully bonded and meet all local, state and federal regulations. Some of our qualifications include:

• Solid Waste Permitted in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania
• Hazardous Waste Approved in Pennsylvania
• ACT 90 Certified
• A901 Hazardous Waste Permitted
• A901 Non-Hazardous Waste Permitted
• 40-Hour OSHA Trained and Certified
