Charleston Recycling Services, LLC

We are a recycling company operating a single-stream Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in North Charleston. We sort and process recycled materials in the form of cardboard/paper, plastics and metals, and ship them to end-users all around the world.

Founded in 2020, Charleston Recycling Services (CRS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CellMark Inc., an independent marketing and supply chain service company providing products, services and solutions to customers and suppliers all over the world.

Charleston Recycling Services operates a single-stream Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in North Charleston, owned by Charleston County and designed to meet future regional recycling needs. In this facility, we sort recyclable materials that are collected through residential and commercial recycling programs that can process these recyclables at a rate of 35 tons per hour.

Once the material has been sorted, we package the various recycled commodities into truckloads and ship them to end-users all around the world. In turn, the end-users use the recycled commodities in the manufacturing process of a variety of consumer products ranging from New Cardboard Boxes to Carpet.
