Trusted Demolition began as Trusted Hauling & Clean-Up, a small company with big ambitions, founded in 2008 by Susan Closson. At the time, Las Vegas was at the heart of the “Great Recession,” and like so many others, Susan faced the financial fallout. After two decades of success as a mortgage broker and residential real estate developer, she found herself at a crossroads. But rather than accept defeat, she embraced reinvention. With the help of a long-time friend facing similar challenges, they transformed adversity into opportunity—and Trusted Hauling & Clean-Up was born.

As the company grew, we expanded into a wide range of construction and demolition services. Today, Trusted Demolition is proud to offer expertise in residential and commercial demolition, complete teardowns, swimming pool backfills, mobile home demolition, site clearing, grading, excavation, concrete removal, dirt import/export, and much more.
