Mission Statement:

To create a lasting impact on the community that provides initiative, education, and awareness about the effects of litter, and to erase the stigma of being environmentally conscious.

Trash Troopers is a dedicated group of concerned and pssionate citizens, whose main focus is to keep our land free litter and debris. While Initially being formed in Elersburg, Maryland, Trash Troopers serves a variety of areas in and around carroll and Howard Counties. With the population continuing on the rise throughout the state, so does the overwhelming accumulation of litter and trash.
